Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By using the Service you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Dharke uses Google Sign-In for authentication. You’re responsible for maintaining the security of the Google account you use to sign in and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Dharke offers tools for tracking NEPSE-listed securities, including watchlists, price alerts, portfolio management, and market signals. Some features are available on a free plan; others require a paid subscription.

Dharke is an informational and analytical tool. Nothing on the Service — including signals, relative strength scores, volume spikes, and portfolio analytics — constitutes investment advice, a solicitation to buy or sell any security, or a recommendation tailored to your personal circumstances.

We are not a registered broker, investment adviser, or financial planner. Trading in securities involves substantial risk, including loss of principal. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and should consult a qualified professional before acting on any information from the Service.

Paid plans (Premium, Premium Pro) are billed in advance for the subscription period you select. Prices, features, and limits may change — we’ll give you reasonable notice before changes affect an active subscription. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once the subscription period has started.

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.

Portfolios, transactions, watchlists, and alerts you create remain yours. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display this content solely to operate the Service for you and members you invite.

You’re responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. We may process it (for example, to compute positions and performance) but we don’t independently verify it.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any law or third-party right, including securities regulations in your jurisdiction.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract source code or underlying data from the Service except as permitted by law.
• Interfere with the Service’s operation, bypass rate limits, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
• Resell, redistribute, or publicly republish Dharke data, signals, or analytics without our written consent.

The Service, including its software, design, and content we provide (excluding your content and third-party data), is owned by Vuldesk and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Except for the rights we expressly grant you, all rights are reserved.

Market data shown on the Service may be sourced from third parties and is subject to their terms.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that market data will be timely or accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vuldesk and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, trading losses, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim or (b) NPR 5,000.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends, though sections that by their nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability, governing law) will survive.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll notify you (for example, by email or an in-app notice) before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. The courts of Kathmandu will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
